The Water Bomb is basicly a Water version of a grenade with a smaller blast radius. So the basic uses of water bombs should obvious. Water Bombs come in two types; Water Ballons and Reuseable Water Bombs. Water Ballons are recommended, because of their higher output and that you don't have to waste time looking for them. They also have a tendency of not getting you wet.
