Precharged System

The Precharged System works like this;Air is pumped into the PC Chamber, but outside the rubber chamber.(The PC Chamber is basicly a cycidrical CPS Chamber, but used differntly.) Then Air is pumped into the water tank, forcing the water into the rubber chamber on the inside of the PC Chamber. Now on the outside and the inside of the rubber chamber is pressurized. Then one would pull the valve inbetween the nozzle and the PC Chamber. The combined pressure on the outside and inside of the rubber chamber forces water out in a very short, but very high output and soakage blast.
